THE UNSEEN Poems by Chantalle Dagher The Wind The wind blows, and no one sees. The wind speaks, and no one hears. The wind leads, and no one follows. It moves through us, unseen, unheard, Guiding, calling, waiting. Only when we remove doubt, fear Do we see, Do we hear, Do we follow. The wind does not force, It only waits, And when we open our eyes, Our ears, our hearts, We find the path it has always shown. — Chantalle Dagher — — — Illuminations A splash from the ocean is unpredictable, like a baby cry. Shadows speak loudest in the light, for the light reveals the shadow. Time has limitations, yet it is limitless. Hope defeats helplessness, as light defeats darkness. Everything is unknown until it is known. Without forgiveness there is no grace. Let us not doubt, for in our doubt clarity is not seen. And in all, we discover truth. — Chantalle Dagher — — — Deception Tiny particles combined into a large scale of deception. One small thought expands into an idea. True or false, good or bad, big or small, far or near. Which belong to deception? Perhaps one is unaware at all. Deception creeps in like darkness finding the light. Not to be seen, but to deceive. The unseen protects the seen. Yet even cannot see. — Chantalle Dagher
